helpful staff rooftop pool
I found the staff helpful. Thomas, the porter, was particularly knowledgeable. The rooftop pool was beautiful and consistently empty.
The hotel's location next to an elementary school resulted in noise during school hours. The plaza became crowded with children and parents early in the morning and again at dismissal.

The hotel is centrally located near Plaça de Sant Jaume, around the corner, with easy access to various attractions. Though taxis do not always have direct access, the hotel's location within the Gothic Quarter offers unique charm. Many sites are conveniently accessible from the hotel.

The staff offered excellent dinner recommendations. They also provided assistance with taxi arrangements. Staff members were friendly and cute, which enhanced my stay. Every detail of service seemed carefully considered.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel location is excellent, close to the Cathedral. I stayed in a Beautiful Double or Twin Room and it was comfortable. Breakfast was a bright spot, with good options..
The hi-tech coffee maker broke down several times . There was no sugar or anything to stir with provided in the room. The designer lighting throughout the hotel is really quite dim.

This hotel is amazing! The staff was really kind. They helped me get around. The location rocks. It is near all cool spots! The suite was super clean. I had a Classic Double or Twin Room, it was spacious.
The coffee machine made some strange noises.

The location was excellent for exploring the gothic quarter. Everything was within easy reach. i found the breakfast provided a great start to each day with fresh options and local flavors. it was a delight to enjoy such fresh food. attentive staff
